We have been very busy these past few months, and here are some highlights from what we have learned and are working on.
1.) We have a more indepth knowledge of energy efficiency
2.) We have completed and initial energy audit of our school
3.) We have learned new ways to conserve energy in our homes
4.) We have done two drafts of our proposal as a team, for a retrofitting project in our area
5.) We have discussed fundraisers and worked as a team to begin implementing them
6.) We attended STEMapalooza in October, which focused on careers, opportunities and projects in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.
7.) We also discussed ways in which we can make our school more energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
We continue to be busy and are working on our retrofitting project and our fundraiser. We will report back next month on our progress. Until then stay green.
